Steve Allen serves as the Lead Church Planting Catalyst for Send NYC, a region that includes the five NYC boroughs, Northern New Jersey, Long Island, the Lower Hudson Valley, and Southern Connecticut—a territory home to one in fifteen Americans and people from every nation. Originally from Ada, Oklahoma, Steve and his wife, Gina, raised three children while planting two churches in Buffalo, New York. Since 2003, Steve has worked with church planters from numerous language and people groups, as well as many English-speaking planters.
