Dominique is the Mobilization Director at Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama.
With a dual degree in business administration and Bible theology, he is now pursuing a degree in organizational leadership. Dominique has experience within the ministry leadership circuit, previously serving as a student pastor, church planter, lead pastor, and executive pastor.
In his role at Shades, Dominique oversees church planting and leadership development, supervising the residency program to equip future church leaders.
Dominique is married to Emily, and they have four children -- Brielle, Jade, Preston, and John.
